Lady Cougars Can’t Overcome Halftime Deficit

Despite a strong third quarter offensive effort, the Union Girls’ basketball team was unable to overcome a seven point halftime deficit at Emery last night, falling 56-47. Cougar Wrestlers Hang Tough with Uintah

Despite being short two varsity wrestlers due to injury, the Cougar Wrestling squad fought valiantly in a 48-27 loss at Union on Wednesday, December 17. Colton Secrest, Kenneth Ross, Doug Brown, and Wyatt Evans (J.V.) pinned their opponents while Dillon Gurr, Keldon Collins, Wyatt Perry and Christian Llamas (J.V.) defeated their opponents in three rounds.

Union Track & Field Unveils New Record Board

Despite an 18-point fourth quarter, the Union Cougars couldn’t overcome a 4-point third quarter performance. Brady Nielsen poured in 31 points for the Cougars and had seven steals while Austin Stewart grabbed six rebounds in the loss.
